My friend Carson Pue, top gun at Arrow Leadership in Beautiful British Columbia, visited our His Deal lunch recently.  He always serves delicious food for thought.  Of this new year he writes, "Before us lies a panorama of life about to unfold.   ...You have not passed this way before.  It can be frightening to enter this unknown if you don't have your hand in the hand of God."

It's not a sign of weakness to hold hands, you know.  It's a sign of love and trust.  As we cross the threshold into 2011, does the hand you're holding have nail scars?
