Welders have blowtorches.  Chefs need ovens.  Musicians play instruments.  For others, their tools are ideas, cameras, microphones and the human voice.

But what spiritual tools do you own?  For example, there’s the belt of Truth, the breastplate of being right with God, footwear that speeds us on our way to deliver God’s good news, the shield of faith, headgear to protect a mind renewed by Jesus Christ.  And the sword of the Spirit, which is God’s message to us in the Bible.

He supplies all of these to those who put their trust in His Son Jesus, the one who traded His carpenter’s tools for a crown of thorns.
