We Don't Go There, But Everybody Will

“Easy come, easy go” cannot be said of our stay on this planet.  Worldwide we number more than 7 billion.  23 million newbies arrive every year.  That’s two every three seconds.  At the other end of life 10 million will die this year. That’s one family member, friend, neighbor, co-worker or stranger leaving us every three seconds.

We go to great lengths to prepare for a newborn.  Why do we do so little to prepare for death?

Here’s the real question:  “What good would it do to get everything you want and lose the real you?  What could you ever trade your soul for?”
