Why do we set aside only one day a year for giving thanks?  Is there so little to be grateful for that we can “git ‘er done” in one 24-hour period?  

There’s an old song that begins, “Praise God from Whom all blessings flow?”  “ALL” blessings?  We’re talkin’ “all?”  Let me give that some thought.

If we counted them “all,” would there be enough reasons to be thankful to God on more than one day a year?  Hmmmm, let’s see …..

Reason #1  -- I’m breathing.

Reason #2 -- I have a pulse.

Reason #3 --  

While we give some thought to completing our personal list, please pass the gravy.
