What's for Din Den?
Recording and broadcast engineers sink into their overstuffed leather alpha chairs and scan a maze of monitors and meters. If the incoming audio level is too “hot” (aka “loud”), pinning the needle up in the red zone, the result is distortion. Noise.
There where you sit, are you bombarded by the ceaseless clatter of life’s din? Are you ever able to escape into your private den to seek the sound of silence?
One of the Bible writers suggests, “In quietness and confidence will be your Strength.” Father Himself is quoted as saying, “Be still and know that I am God.”
Is it time for you to turn down (or off) the distracting racket that distorts, and find a quiet corner where your Maker can speak to you, without having to yell?
