Your Next Meeting

You’re preparing for an important meeting.  You know the one.  What can you do to make it a win-win?  My friend Bob Tiede, who heads up leadership training worldwide for Campus Crusade, believes you’ll do much better by asking profound questions than by dumping all of your profound wisdom.

These are the questions:

1.    What’s working really well for you?
2.    What isn’t?
3.    Where are you stuck?
4.    What needs to change?

When you think about, those same questions could be very helpful in talking to your family members or anyone else you care about.  Why, you could even ask them about one’s spiritual life, couldn’t you?

Thanks, Bob.
